The conditions of this sale are as follows:
The price of the above kitten/cat is …. EUR, …..EURO payed in advance in order to reserve the kitten/cat. In case the buyer giveup on the kitten/cat , no matter on what reason, the breeder is not obligated to refund the payment(s). The price of cat/kitten includes a pedigree/breeder slip, a microchip, full vaccinations and dewormed, health book and passport. The buyer will be given full ownership of above mentioned kitten/cat only after signing this contract and when the whole price arrives to seller account or payed in person. In case of a pet cat, full payment must be done prior spaying/neutering. Also, full payment must be done a week before shipping day.
The seller provides 21 days limited guarantee that the above kitten/cat is in good health at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take the kitten/cat to a veterinarian within this time for a thorough examination. If kitten/cat has been determined by a licensed veterinarian to have any bacterial or viral infectious disease and kitten/cat die because of it, breeder will replace the kitten/cat with one of same price. Failure to have the kitten/cat checked by a licensed veterinarian will void any guarantee. It is recommended that the kitten/cat be quarantined for a period of one week before introduced to other cats in your household. The seller has the right to have a second opinion by a vet of her choice. Transportation and all veterinary costs are the responsibility of the buyer. After 21 days of the health guarantee period the seller cannot be held accountable for future diagnosis of FeLV/FIV and any other bacterial or viral infectious diseases, giardia , herpes, parasites, or fungus, due to the fact that these can be contracted anywhere in the environment after leaving the cattery and are not a result of genetics or breeding. Buyer accepts all responsibility for protection of cat from diseases, illnesses, parasites, and fungi. This kitten/cat is guaranteed against congenital defects for 1 year and 3 years for HCM.If kitten/cat has been determined by a licensed veterinarian to have anything that is genetically wrong with it, the seller then will replace it with a kitten of equal value when one becomes available. The buyer will be in charge to scan the cat/kitten for HCM every year once the kitten/cat turn 1 year old. Recommend up to 5 years old. In case of breeding cat must be tested for HCM every year until retirement.If the cat is found to be positive the buyer must contact the breeder and let him know. In this case the cat must not be breed.If the buyer chooses to vaccinate for the Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), the warranty is null and void, because the seller does not warranty the kitten/cat against any adverse reactions to future vaccinations.
If the cat is offered for breeding puropse, the breeder offer fertility guarantee. If the cat is a female and after age of one year old, during 3 heats, with at least 2 different males, a pregnancy will not be confirmed , the breeder take the cat back in the cattery and offer another female for same price. Breeder have the right to ask buyer to provide a different male, or to take the cat in the cattery and try with another male. If the result is still same, breeder will offer another female af same price and keep the infertile cat in the cattery and spay her. In case of a male, buyer must provide a spermogram certificate. The male must be one year old. If the spermogram show the infertility of the male, breeder will receive the cat back in the cattery, neuter him and offer to buyer another male at same price value.
*for Lykoi Breed :
In case that the cat is offered for breeding purpose, the buyer will only breed to another lykoi/natural mutation/domestic. Short legs, short tail, curles ears or any other body modifucation it is not allowed in mixing with the cat. Buyer is allowed to place future kittens for reproduction, but in case the kittens will be placed as pets, must be neutered/spayed before leaving the cattery.
This contract apply only in case of the death of the kitten/cat. Breeder do not guarantee tail faults. Breeder do not guarantee color changes.
By signing, the buyer agree to the therms and understand that any fault will void this contract imediatly.
